Check-In time is 12:00PM while Check-Out Time is 10:00AM. Early check-in and late checkout is subject to availability. Late checkout is charged 10% at the room rate per hour.
All accounts are payable upon check-in via cash, all major credit/debit cards, EFT, company cheques/bankers’ cheques or M-Pesa Pay bill number.
In case of cancellation: Before 48 hours-no charge, after 48 hrs-50% charge, after 24hrs-75% charge, after less than 24hrs-100% charge.
